چکیده
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of phytase supplementation in diets reduced amino acids ( AA ), crude protein CP and phosphorus P ) on growth performance, carcass traits, tibia ash broiler chickens. A total 2,240 unsexed Ross 308 chickens were used 56 floor pens with 40 birds each fed one eight dietary treatments seven replicates until 35 d age. positive control PC diet AA/CP level by 2, 4, 6% without 1,500 FTU phytase/kg. Starter, grower, finisher from 1 10, 10 25, 25 35, respectively. For period, no significant interaction effects between detected for any measured traits. The ADG, ADFI, weight, breast weight lower FCR higher compared when more than 2%. Phytase increased final BW, weight. Tibia measurements showed that adequately supplied digestible all treatments, although calcium phytase-supplemented diets. enabled feeding mineral phosphate supplements grower results phytase/kg diminished growth-decreasing at reduction steps.

Extentet Abstract Introduction and Objective: Substances of microbial origin and medicinal plants, by improving the level of health and condition of the gastrointestinal tract, provide the basis for the optimal use of nutrients in diets, and by reducing the use of nutrients, while saving production, also prevent environmental pollution. Dietary protein sources are among the most expensive nutr...

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of phytase, organic acids and their interaction on body weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, carcass yield and tibia ash. A total of 680 three-day old Japanese quail chicks (Coturnix coturnix japonica) were assigned to 20 battery brooders, 34 chicks in each. The experimental period lasted 35 days. The treatment groups employ...
